Born from an interest in gems cultivated by his father, Douglas Magnus began to explore the beauty of nature's finer elements: gold, silver and turquoise. He discovered purity within a line, the simple elegance of a gentle curve. His jewelry design expanded into a full line of first quality silver and gold belt buckles that range from American traditional to Western classic; casual to dressy; and sleek to contemporary. Beautiful in execution, Magnus’ buckles are often intricately engraved or inlaid. Combining organic materials with classical themes, Magnus aspires to create designs that “touch our universal soul.”
